As a globe-trotting superspy, James Bond not only had a girl in every port, but a car and maybe a boat or aircraft in every exotic locale too. That makes for quite the collection, and one such assemblage of vehicles associated with Ian Fleming’s best-known character recently came up for grabs, with a few strings attached: The buyer must take delivery of all 59 items as a single lot, the non-negotiable price is 20 million British pounds ($33.4 million), and a license to kill is not included. How to Jump Start a Car

I had some experience with this recently. Even in today’s modern age people still make mistakes and machines still fail. I am still getting used to my new car as well as all of the sounds and buttons that are part of the experience. So, when I left my parking lights on recently I was comforted that I am well prepared to face a dead battery. If you own a car it is imperative that you have jumper cables in your tool kit in the trunk of your car, and that you know how to use them.

Take a Kid to a Car Show

The spring weather is here, and where I live it has been for a while. What that means for people like myself, car enthusiasts, there will be plenty of swell events to see throughout the summer. I am talking about classic car shows. I can not think of a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than strolling through a lush green park, admiring all the beautiful machines of days gone by. I own a classic car and, I love to spend the day with my family and other car enthusiasts, all the while admiring each others cars. Car shows are fun, family events that any one can enjoy, and range from small neighborhood celebrations to full-fledged invitation only extravaganzas of elegance and machinery.
